Simple Dress! [Victoria Justice]

Here is Victoria Justice wearing a mini dress. The top of the dress is white with one strap across the shoulder. The bottom of the dress is yellow and flows, just like her hair. Around her waist is a black belt with a large buckle. Her shoes are black and strap around her foot, up to her ankle. To top off this flowing look, Victoria added a few dark bracelets.
